Como sabes nuestro Cluster Hélice es miembro del European Aerospace Clusters Partnership (EACP). Uno de los proyectos de la Unión Europea que EACP está llevando a cabo es el proyecto ABROAD, cuyo objetivo es la internacionalización de EACP y por tanto de los Clusters y sus empresas miembros.
En este contexto el Cluster Niedersachsen Aviation está organizando una misión conjunta para participar en la Conferencia Aeroespacial Anual de la PNAA (el mayor cluster aeroespacial de Seattle), abierta a todas las empresas miembros de los Clusters de EACP.
La Conferencia tendrá lugar entre los días 13 y 17 de Febrero de 2017, y aunque puedes realizar la inscripción en ella de forma totalmente particular, el objeto de esta comunicación es ofrecerte unas mejores condiciones obtenidas de la participación conjunta en una Delegación Europea.
También has de saber que la Agencia de Promoción Exterior EXTENDA, está organizando una misión de empresas de nuestro sector a Seattle y Canadá en una fecha que anunciará más adelante.
Por si fuese de tu interés reproduzco a continuación la comunicación que EACP nos ha dirigido a todos los Clusters miembros, con la información detallada para participar en esta misión.
Dear EACP members,
as discussed during our general assembly in Lisbon, we are planning a joint company mission to Seattle in February. This action is part of the EACP ABROAD project and all EACP members are invited to join us.
Attached you find an overview of the planned activities. You can use this presentation to inform your members about our mission.
The core activity within the mission will be a visit to the “PNAA-Conference”, an international conference dedicated to the aerospace supply chain, that is organized by our partners from the Pacific North-West Aerospace Alliance (a local cluster organization, where Niedersachsen Aviation is partnering with since 2009, see here: www.pnaa.net.
The activities locally will consist of:
• "International Reception“ in Co-operation with PNAA
• Local briefing: “Meet successful Europeans in Seattle”
• Attendance at the PNAA-Conference 2017 including special meet & greet for our group with local suppliers*
• Site-visits / Industrial Tour (e.g. Boeing-Everett, Boeing-Renton)*
• Individual Meetings with local companies and institutions
We are in contact with Boeing in order to prepare a possible side-meeting with them separately.

The registration will follow a 2-step approach:
- Step 1: Registration for being part of the EACP group (including brochure, joint stand at the conference, networking and briefing event, fee: 450,- EUR excl. VAT due with registration)
- Step 2: Registration of your conference participation (for conference pricing see here: http://www.pnaa.net/events-articles-view/100-pnaa-aerospace-conferences/490-2017-conference-registration-page
Group discounts may apply depending on the number of participants and will be reimbursed. Please inform us if you want to register for the PNAA conference on your own. An invoice will be provided in advance of the mission end of January.
